Through embodiment, brotherhood, and deep presence, you’ll leave this experience feeling grounded, nourished, and ready to face life with clarity, purpose, and power.
You are invited to a bespoke mens experience, located at the foothills of the Tantalus Mountain Range, for an evening of deep connection, meaningful conversations, and nourishment.

INCLUDED IN THE EXPERIENCE:
Phase 1: Movement | Breath | Nature
The retreat will begin with an opening movement & embodiment practice over looking the mountains. We will use this time to drop down from our heads and into our bodies, ground our energy, and set our intentions for the retreat.
Phase 2: Cold Immersion
Safely immerse yourself in the Cheakamus River positioned adjacent to the retreat land to awaken your body and experience the nourishment of the cold water.
Phase 3: Catered Dinner
Enjoy a chef-prepared dinner on site, crafted with care by our Michelin-trained private chef. This is more than a meal…it’s a time to slow down, share stories, and connect with other men in a space of real conversation and nourishment. Good food, good company, and a full-body reset.
Phase 4: Evening Programming
This is where the deep work happens. In a focused container of brotherhood and presence, we’ll move through powerful practices designed to crack you open, clear the noise, and reconnect you to your core. Expect intensity, honesty, and transformation. You’ll walk out reset, recalibrated, and ready to take on the world with clarity and strength.
