This isn't about meditating more or optimizing your morning routine. This is about understanding your nervous system. The actual biological system underneath your stress, your anxiety, and your exhaustion. You will learn how to work with it instead of against it.

Meet Your Facilitator, Ian.
Ian knows what a dysregulated nervous system feels like.
Growing up with severe Tourette Syndrome and OCD, he didn't learn about the nervous system from a textbook. He lived it. The physical pain from his tics, the intrusive thoughts, the feeling of being trapped in a body that wouldn't relax — these weren't concepts to study. They were his everyday.
What Tourette's gave him, underneath all of it, was an intimate and embodied understanding of what it means to be at war with your own nervous system. To feel dysregulated not as a metaphor, but as a physical reality you can't escape.
That experience became his greatest teacher.
The tools Ian teaches aren't things he stumbled across and found interesting. They're the things that actually worked - built through decades of lived experience, and refined through study, practice, and a relentless commitment to understanding why the body does what it does.
Ian is now a trauma-informed coach, embodiment facilitator, and the founder of Nurtr Wellness. His work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, and communication — the three things that determine how a leader actually shows up when it matters most.

You’ll get lifetime access to every session replay. Whether you’re in a different timezone or just busy, nothing is missed and everything is designed to be flexible.

Expect 3-4 hours per week. Enough to attend the sessions, complete the practices, apply the frameworks, and do the homework assignments.
But with lifetime access to everything, you can take all the time you need to consume and implement at your own pace. -
